Hey, I’m Kaito – The NeuroAlchemist
Most people are running outdated mental software. I help you upgrade it—so you can finally stop getting in your own way.
My Story (The Short Version)
I grew up wanting to be a superhero. Cape, mask, the whole deal.
These days, I’ve traded the costume for a different kind of mission: helping people rescue themselves from the mental traps they didn’t even know they were in.
For 15+ years, I’ve been doing this as a certified hypnotherapist—using hypnosis, NLP, neuroscience, and ancient Stoic philosophy to help people rewrite the code that’s been running their lives in the background.
Why? Because I’ve seen too many brilliant, capable people stuck in loops they don’t deserve to be in. And I know that most problems aren’t fixed by working harder—they’re fixed by thinking differently.
As Marcus Aurelius, the Roman emperor and Stoic philosopher, once said: “You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”
That’s what we’re after.

Who I Work With
You’re probably here because something isn’t working.
Maybe you’re:
- Stuck on repeat — same problems, different day, Groundhog Day energy
- Running on autopilot — job, relationship, routine… all fine on paper, all hollow in practice
- Wrestling with outdated fears — doubts that made sense at 19 but definitely don’t now
- Tired of pretending — you know things aren’t fine, even if everyone else thinks they are
You’re not broken. You’re not lazy. You’re not “too much” or “not enough.”
You’re just working with mental programming that hasn’t been updated in years—maybe decades.
I work with people who are ready to stop talking about change and actually do the work to make it happen. People who want depth, not quick fixes. People who are willing to get uncomfortable in service of getting unstuck.
What Makes This Different
Here’s the truth: most personal development is either too fluffy (motivational quotes that fade by Tuesday) or too clinical (therapy that takes years to move the needle).
I do something in between—and honestly, something older and more effective.
My approach combines four proven methodologies:
Clinical Hypnotherapy — Direct access to your subconscious, where the real programming lives
Neuroscience — Understanding how your brain actually rewires itself (it’s more flexible than you think)
Stoic Philosophy — 2,000+ years of field-tested wisdom that’s aged better than most things from 200 AD
Behavioral Psychology — The actual mechanics of how habits form and stick
This isn’t therapy. It’s not coaching in the traditional sense either.
It’s a fundamental reboot. The kind that turns “I can’t…” into “Let’s find out.”
What we work on:
- Transforming beliefs that are holding you hostage
- Building resilience that doesn’t crumble at the first setback
- Mastering the mental game that separates “good enough” from exceptional
- Designing a life strategy that’s actually yours, not borrowed from someone else’s highlight reel
Think of it like Malcolm Gladwell’s tipping points—we identify the small shifts in your thinking that create cascading changes across your entire life.
What It’s Like Working With Me
No fluff. No hand-holding. No pretending you’re more fragile than you actually are.
I’m direct, but I’m not a drill sergeant. I’ll challenge you, but I won’t bulldoze you. And I definitely won’t waste your time with generic advice or motivational platitudes.
What you will get:
✅ Evidence-based techniques backed by neuroscience research, not Instagram wisdom
✅ Clinical-grade methods from professional hypnotherapy training
✅ Practical strategies you can use today, not “someday when you’re ready”
✅ Ancient wisdom from Stoic philosophy that actually applies to modern life
I work with people who want real change, not just the appearance of it. People who are willing to do the uncomfortable work of looking at their own patterns honestly.
If you want someone to tell you everything’s fine and you just need to think more positive thoughts—I’m not your guy.
If you want someone to help you build genuine confidence, strategic thinking, and the kind of emotional resilience that compounds over time—let’s talk.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not helping people rewire their minds, you’ll probably find me contemplating the way of the sword, forest bathing (yes, that’s a real thing), or tending to my growing collection of plants—turns out I’m decent at helping both humans and greenery thrive.
I believe tea is a form of meditation, that Marcus Aurelius had better life advice than most modern self-help gurus, and that the best transformations happen when you stop trying to be someone else and start becoming more of yourself.
Nature has a way of resetting the mind that no technique can fully replicate—which is why I’m a firm believer in getting outside and touching grass (literally).
No cape required.
Ready to Flip the Switch?
Here’s what neuroscience has proven: you can rewire your brain at any age. The brain you have today isn’t the brain you’re stuck with.
The only real question is whether you’re ready to do something about it.
