Your road to change begins with your readiness for change. This is an important step because your progress is very much dependent on which stage of readiness you are at.

Effective behavioral changes is always initiated by your thoughts. Via hypnosis, I will be able to aid you in speeding up your behavioral change process.

I call this personal transformation phenomenon in an altered state a ‘trance-formation’. During the trance-formation process, your body relaxes and your thoughts become more focused and your subconscious mind gradually chip away what’s holding you back and make the life-transforming choices you need.

EXPLANATION

From a common understanding of your situation, we will come to an agreement on the goal you want to achieve through therapy. I will then briefly explain my overall strategy for your treatment.

EVALUATION

In subsequent sessions, I will evaluate behavioral or psychological changes that has occurred within you. In each session a different strategy may be necessary as it very much depends on your progress.

EXECUTION

 A smorgasbord of therapeutic technique will be employed according to the goal you have agreed upon. Along the way, we may address some other issues that may emerge from your unconscious mind.

EMPOWERMENT

 At the end of each session, you will be given tools to help you assume control of your life. This will equip you gradually to face any challenges as you continue to move forward in your life.
